No matter where you are right now, take one minute to close your eyes (unless you’re operating heavy machinery), center yourself in the present, and ponder this question.

Once you have an answer, do the best you can to bring some of this into your life, even if just for a few minutes, each day.

And, if you can’t actually go to the place where your sensual pleasures are generated, imagine.  This can work almost as well.
