Classes consist of a group of four to 12 students, who are taught the Pilates mat exercises in a specified order, modified according to the general level of the group. Â Fees for classes are determined on a case by case basis according to location and class size, and are generally $15-20 per person, per class. We can accommodate small classes in our studio.
Private Mat and Small Equipment Sessions are highly personalized— exercises are tailored to your specific needs and to the way your body works within the method. These sessions are $70 each, or $65 each when purchased as a cluster of five.
Duet Mat and Small Equipment Sessions are essentially a “split” private session between two students. A duet session is $50 per student per session, or $45 per student per session, when purchased as a cluster of five.
Private Large Equipment Sessions: Offered in studio at $70 per session, or $65 when purchased as a cluster of five.
Reiki Private Sessions Now Available: $65 in studio, $70 in your space.
All sessions are 50 minutes long.
