Pilate programs to stretch your bodyGinkgo Leaf Studio offers a variety of mind/body programs that calm the mind, engage and energize the body, and bring you into balance so you can rediscover your authentic self.

Sessions that require Pilates equipment are available in private and duet formats. All other sessions are available in private, duet, trio, quad, and larger group formats.

Many of our programs are available in your space or on Skype and are fully customizable for group presentation. Please contact us to learn if Ginkgo Leaf Studio is for you.

Because commitment and consistency is required in order to benefit from this work, weekly sessions must be completed in your time slot for the full three months.  Rescheduling will be allowed on a minimal basis.

This introduction to our holistic method of teaching Pilates movement and other mind body techniques will leave you feeling calm, centered, and energized.

Beyond Pilates

Once weekly, 12 sessions, 3 months OR
Twice weekly, 24 sessions, 3 months
Prerequisite: Intro to Beyond Pilates

May be taken on an ongoing basis after completing the intro series.

Flourish from the inside out: Movement, Mindfulness and Mindset

Pilates and meditation for stress relief

Once weekly in studio AND
Once weekly phone session
Three months

In this program, you’ll practice Pilates based movement and other meditative techniques once a week in the studio, plus participate in thought-based coaching discussions by telephone, with homework between sessions.

Reset the connection between your body, mind and spirit and physically and mentally work through stuck points in your life.  This package is always offered on a private basis, and is offered periodically for groups of up to 4.
